About Us

Hello...
My name is Rod Farris. I am the owner and operator
of Farris Frame Restorations located in
Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

I graduated from Eastland Vocational School (Columbus, Ohio)
in 1975 fully certified in Acetylene, MIG, TIG and
Arc welding. At that time, I accepted a position with
SL Limited in Blacklick, Ohio repairing and restoring
the frames and undercarriages of Mercedes-Benz
Automobiles exclusively.

At the suggestion of a friend, I acquired my first shop
on Weldon Avenue in 1981, opening this very specialized
service to all makes and models of vehicles.

In 1983, we moved to a larger facility on East 7th Avenue
and expanded our work force. We moved from Columbus
to Pataskala in April 2000, and most recently, we moved to 8920 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg.

Although we have historically been known for our metal work related to antique/classic cars, we repair all years, makes, and models. Additionally, we offer custom fabrication, general mig and aluminum welding, and sandblasting services.

At this time, we are open 6 days a week. Inspections
and estimates are available in-shop with no appointment necessary
and, as always, at no charge to our customers.
